how to measure
stand in front of a larger mirror wearing a non-padded bra. it may take some time to get used to, that's to be expected.
band size
wrap a soft measuring tape around the back at the band level, under each arm and around the front. this is a little tricky, so asking someone you trust may help. measure just above the chest, right where the straps meet the top of the cup. this is your band size.
chest
keeping the tape around the body at the band level, measure at the fullest part of the chest. make sure the tape isn't too tight by taking a deep breath in and out to allow the tape to slide to its most comfy, yet snug position. this is your chest size.
