ANY items(s) purchased that you don't love may be returned*.
EXCLUSIONS: We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed (where applicable). Items with tags stating "Required for Return" cannot be returned or exchanged once tag is removed.
Within 30 Days of Purchase: Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
After 30 Days of Purchase: Merchandise may be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

Step 2: package your items and print your return label.
Select the item(s) you would like to return and indicate a return reason for each.
Step 3: select your return method (UPS drop-off or use your own carrier).

If using the carrier of your choice. We recommend mailing your package through an insured, traceable delivery service.
Step 4: submit your return and check your email for next steps to complete your return.
Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
Need a different size or color? Call at 1-877-610-8080 (10a-6:30p Eastern; Mon - Fri) to place a new order; we'll ship it to you via FREE Standard Delivery. Then, simply return your unwanted merchandise for a refund.
Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in one package. Be sure to include the packing slips for each order.
If you printed a return label from our website, we ask that you allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received.
If you mailed your return using your own carrier, we ask that you allow up to 21 business days.
We also recommend tracking your return to ensure it has been delivered to our Fulfillment Center. Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to us.
